What to expect when we talk
Ready to begin arrangements
Start with a conversation.
You do not need to have every document, decision, or detail prepared before you reach out. Tell us where things stand, and we will help you organize the next conversation.
If someone has died or death may be near, call now. Do not wait for an online response; the phone route is available 24 hours a day.
What to expect from the first conversation
- A calm conversation about what has happened and what your family needs now
- Clear guidance on the arrangements and documents that may be needed
- Time to discuss cremation, burial, aquamation, green burial, and other available choices
- Help thinking through a viewing, funeral, memorial, graveside service, or private gathering
- Current price information before you make decisions
Begin with what you know
During the first conversation, we may ask for your name and contact information, your loved one’s name and current location, any known wishes, and any timing, cultural, religious, or environmental priorities. It is okay if some answers are not yet known.
You do not need to choose a final service, gather every document, or understand every price-list item before calling. We will listen first and guide you one step at a time.
Planning ahead instead?
If there is no immediate need, tell us you are planning ahead. We can begin with a private, no-pressure preplanning conversation at your pace.
