Questions families often ask
Clear starting points, with a person available when details matter.
These brief answers summarize current Natural Grace family guidance. The Natural Grace team confirms prices, availability, timing, legal questions, and the details of a particular arrangement directly.
What do I do first when someone has died?
Call Natural Grace at (310) 684-2545. A team member can listen, identify the immediate decisions, and explain what can wait. You do not need to have every answer before calling.
What if the family is not sure which option is right?
Begin with the family’s wishes, traditions, environmental priorities, timing, and questions. Review the general differences among cremation, burial, aquamation, green burial, and natural organic reduction, then ask the team to confirm current case-specific choices.
Can a simpler disposition still include a meaningful service?
Yes. A gathering, memorial, graveside service, faith service, celebration of life, or private remembrance can be considered separately from the disposition choice. The Natural Grace team can help a family think through what feels appropriate.
Do arrangements always have to be made in person?
Natural Grace’s current public guidance says many steps may be handled by phone, email, and secure electronic signatures. Ask the team which steps are appropriate for the particular arrangement and whether an office meeting would be helpful.
Where can I find current prices?
Use the Pricing & General Price List page. The complete current General Price List controls itemized prices, disclosures, inclusions, and possible additional charges.
Can Natural Grace help with an obituary?
Yes. Families may submit an obituary draft for staff review. Nothing is published automatically. New approved notices appear in the Natural Grace obituary listing, while historical Tribute memorials remain available through the existing system.
Where can I review urns, caskets, and shrouds?
Use Natural Grace’s current public merchandise catalog and price list (opens in a new tab). Confirm availability, suitability, and the current written price with the team before making a selection.
